He has been successfully managing Schindler Polska since 2014. Thanks to the changes in the company’s development strategy made by him, in just several years Schindler Polska became a leader of elevator and escalator industry in Poland. After taking up the CEO position, he started to invest in SMART solutions, which radically changed the company’s operations and the customer service level.

Marek Tarczyński, MSc, graduated from the Faculty of Transport Engineering of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. CEO of Terramar Ltd. (since 1993). After graduation worked as Marketing Dep. Manager and also Road Transport Dep. Manager at C.Hartwig Gdynia. Member of PIFFA Council (since 1993), President of PIFFA – Polish International Freight Forwarders Association (since 2005), Vice-President of CLECAT – European Association for Forwarding, Transport, Logistics and Customs Services (since 2015).
Arkadiusz Świerkot – member of the management board of Stadler Polska responsible for sales. He has been involved in the rail transport sector for 30 years and gained his experience in the well-known companies from the industry such as AEG / Adtranz, Alstom and Faiveley by managing sales in Poland. Arkadiusz was responsible for the development of the railway construction company Balfour Beatty Rail as well as the growth of the company Vossloh IT which offers rail traffic control systems on the local market. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and of the Postgraduate Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Michał Szlachta has a master’s degree in civil engineering – he graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw. For over 12 years, he has been implementing infrastructure investments, with particular emphasis on railway infrastructure. He is involved in many key investments carried out on the PKP PLK S.A. network.
For nearly 3 years, he has been employed at Hupac Terminal Brwinów as a Technical Manager, responsible for the preparation and implementation of the investment consisting in the construction of the Intermodal Terminal in Brwinów.

He co-founded the ProKolej Foundation, he was the Deputy Director of Airlines International Representation in Europe (AIRE). Author of “Polish Railway Map 2040” and co-author of “Railway Strategy 2040”.
