In 2016-2017, a member of the board of the Polish State Railways. Author or co-author of over 80 scientific publications and several dozen opinion articles in the daily or trade press. He examines the relationship between spatial planning and transport policy. Since 2009, an expert at the Sobieski Institute in Warsaw.
