Formerly, Managing Partner and CEO in Warsaw Equity Management (“WEM”) a Polish private equity fund investing in SMEs. Mr. Banaszuk worked in corporate finance of ING Barings and Price Waterhouse in Poland and in the USA advising on M&A and finance rising. Mariusz Banaszuk is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (“SGH”) and a Polish citizen.
